Room is clean and newly renovated but not worth the price. Location OK. Not recommended. It's a boutique hotel /budget hotel type but it's pricy. Gotta use another lift to enter the hotel in the morning around 8am due to yet to open the glass door main gate

I chose this hotel due to convenience of going to a few meetings nearby. A very average hotel with basic facilities. Breakfast is not provided and therefore need to walk a fair distance for it. The hotel needs to upgrade most facilities and specially general cleanliness.

A good place to stay. Quiet environment. Not so much for a budget hotel but very near to Dr Hamid Arshat Gynecologist Clinic. It is hard to get food around here. Need to go out a bit far. I got a room with leaking air-cond but it is okay since I just stayed there for just one night. The receptionist is good and helpful

The room was ok, in that hotel, but WiFi was not working, the staff was not helpful to fix it. At the same time the staff nearly don’t speak English at all, that’s too bad for an hotel in this price range. The adress written in Booking.com is not correct so my taxi was lost when he reached the adress ! Last but not least, there is absolutely nothing around the hotel to eat and there isn’t any food service in the hotel. So bad, keep away from that place !

If you are looking for a no frills value for money hotel, located conveniently to commute by public transport, this is a good option. Its at walking distance from Awan Besar LRT & bus station. Only 1 restaurant below the hotel so not much to choose from when it comes to meals. The hotel doesn’t have its own bar, pool or restaurant. Rooms are decently sized for 2 persons to share. Wifi speed is very fast. Views from the windows aren’t great. TV in the room has only a few channels and all in Malay. So if you don’t understand Malay, dont waste time in surfing the channels. Overall hotel is good for a short stay.
